2D Platformer
This is my 2D Platformer Project.
Future Modifications:
1. I will complete a new interesting, comprehensive, and coherent level.
2. I will add multiple additional levels and tie them in to create a logical progression in my game.
3. I will modify the out of game menus in a few different ways.

Your proposed modifications are a bit vague, I would have liked to know what you meant by you plan to modify the out of game menus in a "few different ways."
For the tutorial, we are looking to see specifically what you plan to do so we can say whether or not those modifications are significant enough.
You should be fine, so long as you make modifications that are unique and not just a restructure/ replacement using what is already given.
